Ashwini Y Talpade

THE CEO & FOUNDER

The journey started 8 years back, when an ex-boss approached Ashwini to help him with his business venture - the launch of an optical shop. Being a sole proprietor, he needed a helping hand on the marketing front. Right from giving inputs on logo designing, briefing the agency on campaign creatives to creating the entire launch plan and executing the same was handled by Ashwini as a external support to his team.

The brand was launched successfully and is well-known in its market in Navi Mumbai. Promotions to ensure brand presence and footfalls to the store was chalked out by Ashwini. Customised merchandise for these promotions were designed and supplied on regular basis.

After that there was no looking back. 'Blanche' was incepted with a vision to provide marketing support to start-ups and middle level businesses. Corporate gifting segment evolved with enquiries flooding in from banking segments. Over the years, the marketing services too were extended to corporates to assist their internal teams in achieving their business targets.

Ashwini leads the Business development and Marketing team. With 18 years of experience in Retail Marketing and Events, she has build the brand from its infancy to its mature stage.

Retired from banking sector, Mrs. Talpade looks after developing corporate and retail business for Blanche. Her years of experience and people skills make it easy to expand business in different verticals.

Amit leads the design and creative front. As a consultant to the company he helps drive strategy and design decisions. An alumni of National Institute of Design Amit has vast experience of around 15 years in design industry.
